What does the venue pay?+
Under the current standard framework, the venue does not buy the machine or its inventory. Goins manages those operating responsibilities and the venue participates through a written revenue-share agreement. Final terms are location-specific.
What does the venue need to provide?+
An approved, visible and secure placement area; ordinary power; reasonable service access; an authorized decision-maker; and timely review of product mix, operating requirements and written terms. Exact footprint and connectivity are confirmed during the site review.
How is a location approved?+
Every proposed installation is reviewed for applicable age-access, licensing, product and placement requirements before approval. Venue type alone does not establish eligibility. Our review follows current federal, state and local requirements, including FDA Tobacco 21 guidance.
What products go in the machine?+
The core offer is tobacco, nicotine and vapor products—including proposed cigarette, nicotine-pouch and vapor categories—selected around adult guest demand and approved with the venue. No exact brand or SKU is promised before current product status, supplier documentation, lawful sourcing, licensing, insurance and location eligibility are confirmed.
How quickly can a location go live?+
Timing depends on site fit, equipment availability, product lane, insurance, onboarding and any regulatory requirements. We provide a realistic location plan after the fit call and site review rather than promise a generic timeline.
Which markets do you serve?+
We welcome venue inquiries and referrals from throughout Kentucky, Indiana, Ohio and Tennessee. Our headquarters are in Frankfort, Kentucky. Every location is reviewed for serviceability, venue fit and applicable requirements, and referrals are also checked for prior-pipeline status before acceptance.
